Aside from being a chef and event organizer, my side role involves giving friends a number of dish ideas for their day to day life. Even chefs go through a "cooking-block" too, meaning just not having an idea what to cook for the day. Believe me or not, I have once suggested fried eggs to my friend who did not know what to eat for dinner. I even prepared toasts for my personal dinner, topped with whatever jam was available in my fridge. And they still tasted so good and comforting!
